Wicked Boutique® Return Policy

We hope you will be pleased with your purchase. Should you wish to return anything bought from us, we will be happy to refund or exchange a product provided it is in a fully resalable condition. Please contact us within 15 days of receiving your product.  Returns should be made within a resalable time (shipped back within 7 days after our return authorization) and in original, undamaged packaging. If we find that the product has not been returned us in fully resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item.  Our return policy specific to custom underwear orders is detailed below.

Shipping Costs - If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is damaged or defective, we will refund any delivery charges paid by you in sending the item as well as paying your costs of returning it to us.  We may also elect to have you keep the original product without return shipping depending on the item.  If we choose to accept a return for a reason other than defect on error on our part, original shipping will not be refunded and you will be responsible for return shipping costs.

Provide your order number, details about the issue, and any supporting images if applicable.

  • Our team will carefully review your request and assess whether the issue is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part during customization.
  • If we determine that there is a valid issue, we will offer a resolution, which may include a replacement of the custom underwear or a refund.
  1. Personalized Errors:
  • Please note that we cannot accept returns for custom underwear if the error or issue is a result of incorrect information provided during the customization process. We encourage you to double-check all personalization details before placing your order.
  1. Refunds and Processing Time:
  • If a refund is deemed necessary for an eligible return, it will be processed using the original payment method and may take up to 8 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.
  1. Size and Fit:
  • Custom underwear is specifically made to your measurements, so it's crucial to provide accurate sizing details during customization. We recommend referring to our size chart and following our measurement guidelines to ensure the perfect fit.
  1. Cancellation Policy:
  • Due to the personalized nature of custom underwear, we cannot accept order cancellations once the customization process has begun. Please review your order carefully before finalizing it.
